Luminous Flux Gallery, Color Theory: Mixing & Logic Workshop, June 2020

Luminous Flux Gallery is a project of artists Aloria Weaver and David Heskin, a synthesis of curation and education through immersive gallery experiences and advanced art courses in traditional and innovative painting techniques.

ARTT112: Digital Photography for Fine Arts (3 Credit Hours)

     A general introduction to electronic still photography, beginning with traditional photographic and art concepts. Students will explore image manipulation using personal computers supported by digital cameras and other available technologies. Students will create a series of projects using the most advanced photo editing software available to create artistic images. 

ENGL101: Introduction to College Writing 

     The first of two freshman composition courses, this course emphasizes the process of critical thinking, reading, and writing.  Student writing progresses from a personal to an academic perspective.  Students write for different audiences and purposes using a variety of rhetorical strategies.  Students write in response to readings and are introduced to standard documentation procedures.  Students are required to submit a final portfolio that meets department requirements.

Future professional at Paul Mitchell Hair Expressions. Completed 1500 of combined theory and technical practice. Passed written and technical state board cosmetology exam. Actively licensed in Colorado and Maryland.

Design Team Volunteer

  • Team of 6-10 volunteers designing set & stage, music set list, decorations, and seating arrangements for the annual fashion show.
  • Coordinating with the hair stylists and their models to ensure continuity.

careers, through its academy programs, each focusing on a particular trade as well as an advanced
